NB ANTIQUE AUTO CLUB INC. 19th Provincial Jamboree
August 4-7th 2017, Sussex, NB
The NBAAC South East Region will be hosting the 19th Annual Jamboree in Sussex NB. The Town which is located northeast of Saint John and southwest of Moncton is well known for the “Flea Market” organized by the NBAAC. Our club has also been active in the community with Cruise Nights events during the summer months. In the Sussex area, you will find a community nestled in rolling green hills, dairy farms and surrounded by covered bridges. The picturesque downtown streets have unique restaurants, wonderful shops, delicious ice –cream stands, tea rooms and museums. The Jamboree will provide an opportunity to see many larger than life murals depicting local history and events on sides of buildings. Our antique vehicles will blend in well with this “outdoor art gallery”!
Included in the Jamboree will be a Meet & Greet on Friday evening, a tour to the Maritime Sports Hall of Fame, a banquet and dance, a murals’ tour on Sunday morning , to name a few. We will be having a performance of 20’s era music on Sunday night and are hoping that each region will come prepared to entertain us with music or skits from the 20’s, or whatever they choose.
Contact Roger Albert by email at email@example.com or by phone 506 856 5077 for further information. Please send in your registrations early so we can make the necessary arrangements for your Jamboree!
